Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need previous coaching experience?

No. This program is designed to take you from wherever you are to certified and confident. Some participants are experienced coaches refining their skills. Others are complete beginners. What matters is your readiness and commitment.

Will I be able to call myself a 'Certified Coach' after this?

Yes. You'll receive a Become the Catalyst Coaching Certification upon successful completion of the program.

Can I use this certification to start my own coaching practice?

Absolutely. Many graduates build full-time coaching practices. Others integrate coaching into existing businesses (leadership development, therapy, consulting, etc.). We include business foundations in the curriculum.

What if I can't make every weekly call?

All calls are recorded. However, transformation happens through participation, not passive learning. If you can only attend 50% of calls, this isn't the right time for you.

Is the in-person retreat really worth the extra investment?

Only you can answer that. What I can tell you is that the in-person experience creates a level of intimacy, connection, and integration that's impossible to replicate virtually. Alumni consistently say it was life-changing. That said, the virtual completion is equally powerful and results in the same certification.

What's your refund policy?

We don't offer refunds after enrollment. This is a commitment-based program, and we're investing significantly in your transformation. That's why we require an application and discovery call—to ensure this is the right fit before you invest.

Can my business pay for this as professional development?

Many participants expense this through their companies as leadership or professional development. We provide receipts and can customize them for your HR/finance department.
