Pam doesn't just teach transformation—she's lived it. After surviving an abusive first marriage, raising four sons, and walking alongside her family through the heartbreak of addiction, Pam discovered that the very grit life throws at us can be the catalyst for profound growth.

As the founder of Shift Power Yoga and Shift Labs Inc., Pam has spent over a decade leading retreats, masterminds, and training programs with thousands of hours of facilitation experience. She's personally coached hundreds of leaders, entrepreneurs, and everyday people into alignment with their truth.

Pam brings a rare combination of straight-shooting honesty, deep compassion, and embodied wisdom. Her gift is turning grit into gold—

and showing others how to do the same.

Brian Thiessen

Law of Attraction Coach, Cowboy Wisdom, and Pattern Breaker

Brian's curiosity about how people win started early. He studied psychology and earned a rodeo scholarship to the University of Wyoming, then spent over a decade competing professionally as a steer wrestler.

Watching who consistently made the short round, he noticed something bigger than talent: mindset. That insight led him to deep study in the power of the subconscious and Law of Attraction with Bob Proctor.

Today, Brian pairs pattern-spotting precision with grounded, cowboy steadiness—holding space that feels safe, practical, and real—so people can rewire beliefs, break old cycles, and create results that last.

Transformation & Embodiment Coach, Soul Guide, and Truth Seeker

Erin knows what it's like to play small. For years she kept herself safe by pleasing others, abandoning her own truth, and silencing her deeper knowing. It worked—until it didn't.

Today, Erin is a Transformation and Embodiment Coach devoted to guiding people into their most empowered, authentic lives. Her work is deeply rooted in the teachings of Dr. Kelly Brogan and supported by her background as a certified yoga teacher and former studio owner.

Erin's coaching blends soulful presence with embodied practice, teaching people to move beyond the stories in their minds and into the truth of their bodies.
