About Me

After 19 years of marriage, my world turned upside down in ways I never saw coming. It was gritty, raw, and heart-shattering. But in the ashes, I found something deeper: the capacity to hold both truth and compassion—to stop abandoning myself while staying connected to others.

That rupture became my real training ground. Not because I wanted it to be, but because healing required me to practice everything I'd been teaching—this time with everything on the line.

For over two decades, I’ve been a coach, a yoga teacher, and a leader of transformational programs. I founded Shift Power Yoga, built Shift Labs, and have guided thousands of people through growth, leadership, and healing. But the truth is: my real credentials come from life itself—the grit of heartbreak, the grace of healing, and the courage to keep showing up.

This is the work I now do with others: helping people recognize the moment they abandon themselves, stay present with discomfort without collapsing, and create change that lives in their body—not just their head.

Today, I weave this philosophy into everything I offer:

Create Safety — Your nervous system won't let you change until it feels safe to. We start by regulating your body's threat response so transformation can actually land.

Observe the Pattern — You're not broken. You're running software installed when you were young. We bring awareness to habit loops, self-abandonment cycles, and invisible contracts—not to judge, but to see clearly.

Restore Self-Trust — Self-trust isn't confidence. It's follow-through with your own truth. This is where you learn to choose yourself without disconnecting, set boundaries rooted in self-respect (not fear), and repair instead of retreat.

Embody & Integrate — Insight becomes practice. We rehearse new responses, regulate in real time, and integrate change through repetition—not a single catharsis.

This work isn't about fixing what's broken. It's about remembering what's intact.
