The work that actually sticks happens in community—not isolation.

You've had the insights. You understand your patterns. You know what needs to change.

But knowing and doing are two different nervous systems.

Inner Evolution Circle is where insight becomes integration.

Where you practice the work—week after week—until your body finally believes the new way is safe.

This isn't another program you complete. It's a live, ongoing container where real change happens through repetition, witnessing, and community.

The Problem with One-Time Breakthroughs

You go to the workshop. You have the cathartic moment. You leave feeling clear, grounded, and ready to change everything.

Then you go back to your life.

And by Tuesday, you're right back in the pattern.

Not because the insight wasn't real.
Not because you're not committed.
But because your body hasn't practiced the new response enough times to trust it yet.

Change doesn't happen in a moment. It happens in repetition.

You need:

  • A place to bring your real life — the hard conversation you

need to have, the boundary you're afraid to set, the pattern

    you can't seem to break

  • Accountability that doesn't feel like pressure — people who

see you, hold you, and won't let you hide

  • Practice before the stakes are high — rehearsing the new

    response until it becomes automatic

  • Community that mirrors your growth — so you're not doing

    this alone in your head

Inner Evolution Circle is that place.

What is Inner Evolution Circle?

Inner Evolution Circle is a weekly live group coaching program

where we practice the CORE Method together.

Every week, you show up with what's actually happening in your life—the patterns you're stuck in,

the conversations you're avoiding, the moments where you abandoned yourself—and we work with

it in real time.

This is not:

  • A course you watch passively

  • A community forum where you post

    and hope for feedback

  • A one-time intensive that leaves you

    high and dry

  • A place where you perform having it all figured out

This is:

  • Live, weekly calls where you get

    coaching, not content

  • A practice ground where you rehearse

    new responses before trying them

    in real life

  • Nervous system regulation in real time—

    not just theory

  • Community witnessing so you're not

    alone in the work

  • Ongoing integration that meets you

week after week, not just once

How It Works: The CORE Method in Practice

Every week, we move through the four stages of lasting change:

Create Safety

We start by regulating your nervous system—not jumping straight into insight.

Most groups move too fast. They expect you to be vulnerable before your body feels safe. They push for breakthroughs before creating the conditions for integration.

We don't do that here.

  • Nervous system check-ins (where are you really?)

  • Somatic grounding practices (getting out of your head, into your body)

  • Clear agreements about how we hold space for each other

  • Permission to move at your own pace

Why this matters: When your nervous system is in threat, you can't access the part of your brain that creates new patterns. Safety isn't soft. It's strategic.

Observe the Pattern

We bring awareness to what's actually running the show—without judgment.

You'll learn to notice:

  • The moment you abandon yourself to keep the peace

  • The habit loop that plays out before you're conscious of it

  • The invisible contract you've been honoring ("If I'm needed, I'm valuable")

  • The story you keep telling yourself about why you can't change

Why this matters: You can't change a pattern you're still defending. Once you can see it without shame, you can finally choose differently.

Restore Self-Trust

We practice keeping promises to yourself—in front of witnesses.

Self-trust isn't built in a journal. It's built when you:

  • Say the thing you've been avoiding

  • Choose yourself without disconnecting from others

  • Set the boundary you've been too scared to name

  • Follow through on what you said you'd do—even when it's hard

Every week, you'll bring a real situation from your life, and we'll practice the response you want to embody.

Why this matters: Your body needs proof that the new way is safe. Practicing in community gives you that proof before the stakes are high.

Embody & Integrate

We rehearse the new response until it becomes automatic.

This is where most programs fail. They celebrate the insight and send you on your way. But integration happens through repetition—not revelation.

In Circle, you'll:

  • Rehearse difficult conversations before having them

  • Get real-time feedback from me and the group

  • Practice regulating your nervous system when triggered

  • Witness others doing the hard thing—so your brain learns it's possible

  • Check in the following week: What actually happened when you tried it?

Why this matters: One breakthrough doesn't rewire your nervous system. Ten repetitions do.

"This isn't another online course I signed up

for and never finished. It's live, it's real, and

Pam doesn't let you hide. That's exactly what I needed."

How Inner Evolution Circle Is Different

vs. Therapy

Therapy helps you understand your past. Circle helps you practice a different future—in real time, with real people.

vs. Online Courses

Courses give you information. Circle gives you integration. You don't watch modules—you bring your actual life and work with it live.

vs. 1-on-1 Coaching

1-on-1 coaching is deep and personalized. Circle gives you community, witnessing, and the proof that change is possible—because you watch others do it too.

vs. Self-Help Books

Books give you insight. Circle gives you practice. Your body doesn't change because you read something—it changes because you rehearse something new.

Frequently Asked Questions

What if I can't attend every week?

Life happens. Every session is recorded and available in the Skool community. You can also submit questions in advance if you can't attend live. But the real transformation happens when you show up live—so prioritize it when you can.

How big is the group?

Circle is intentionally kept intimate to ensure everyone gets coaching time and the container stays safe. When you show up, you matter.

Is this like group therapy?

No. This is coaching, not therapy. We focus on present patterns and future practice—not processing past trauma. (Though understanding your past informs the work.)

What if I'm shy or don't like sharing in groups?

Describe the item or answer the question so that site visitors who are interested get more information. You can emphasize this text with bullets, italics or bold, and add links.

Do I need to commit to a certain number of months?

No. You can cancel your monthly membership anytime. But integration happens through repetition—so the longer you stay, the deeper the change. If you know you're ready for sustained practice, the annual option gives you the best value.

Can I join if I'm not in coaching or leadership?

Absolutely. This work is for anyone ready to stop performing and start integrating. You don't need a title or profession—just a willingness to practice.

What if I've never done group work before?

Perfect. We teach you how to receive, how to witness, and how to practice in community. You'll learn as you go.

How do I access the sessions?

Once you purchase your membership, you'll receive immediate access to our private Skool community where all live sessions are hosted. You'll get a welcome email with login details and instructions.

Ready to Join?

This is your invitation to stop working alone and start practicing in community.

Still Not Sure?

Book a quick call with me. We'll talk about where you are, what you need, and whether

Circle is the right fit.

No pressure. No sales pitch. Just an honest conversation.

Final Truth

Change doesn't happen in a moment. It happens in repetition.

You don't need another breakthrough.

You need a practice ground.

A container that meets you week after week.

A community that witnesses you—not just your highlight reel.

Inner Evolution Circle is that place.

And it starts this Wednesday.
