You had the experience.
Now comes the part that actually changes your life.
You came back from your journey with something real — a glimpse, a knowing, a crack of light. But the insight is fading faster than you expected.
So why does it feel like nothing’s different yet?
Because a journey opens the door. Integration is what walks you through it — slowly, in your actual life, with support.
This is where we start.
About This Work
I didn’t come to this work through theory. I came to it through my own rupture — the kind that strips away everything you thought you understood about yourself and asks you to rebuild from the ground up.
Journey work can crack something open. It can hand you insight, clarity, even a kind of grace you didn’t know was possible. But I’ve watched too many people have a profound experience and then quietly lose it — not because the insight wasn’t real, but because nothing in their life was built to hold it.
That’s the work I do with people now: I help you carry what you found back into an ordinary Tuesday, and keep it.
Same Skills, New Terrain
The CORE method I use with every client — creating safety, observing the pattern, restoring self-trust, embodying change — doesn’t change here. What changes is the terrain. A journey can move faster and go deeper than years of ordinary work. That speed is a gift, and it’s also why integration matters so much: the nervous system needs real support to catch up to what the mind and heart already saw.
Insight without integration doesn’t just fade — it can quietly become one more thing you didn’t follow through on.
What Is Psychedelic Integration Coaching?
Integration coaching is structured support on both sides of a journey experience — not the journey itself. We work together to prepare your intention and nervous system beforehand, and to translate what surfaces into real, embodied change afterward.
Pre-journey preparation: setting intention, regulating the nervous system, and clarifying what you’re actually seeking
Post-journey integration: making sense of what came up, without rushing to explain it away
Turning insight into practice — the habits, boundaries, and relational shifts that make it stick
A steady, non-judgmental presence for the parts of the experience that are hard to say out loud
What this looks like in practice:
A client came back from her journey holding a single, clear image of the moment she started abandoning herself. We didn’t rush to interpret it. We built a weekly practice around it — small, concrete, repeatable — until the insight became a habit instead of a memory.
Why It Matters
Without integration, even the most powerful experience can become another story you tell instead of a change you live. The insight fades. The old patterns quietly move back in. Integration is what protects the experience — it’s the difference between a profound weekend and a different life.
Is This Work For You?
You’ve had a journey experience — or are preparing for one — and want real support around it
You’ve felt insight slip away before and don’t want that to happen again
You’re ready to do the follow-through work, not just chase the next breakthrough
You want a steady, grounded guide — not a guru, not a gatekeeper
You’re open to this becoming a relationship, not a single session
A Note on Scope
This is integration coaching, not medical care, therapy, or a facilitated journey. I don’t provide, source, or supervise any substance, and nothing here should be read as a suggestion to use one. My role is to support you before and after — helping you prepare, and helping what you find actually take root. Training details available on request.
